A method of preparing:


1. Mix the contents of the bag in 125 ml (approx. 1/2 cup) of lukewarm water and let stand for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add the prepared mass to the meat and chopped onion into small cubes. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Form 7-8 cutlets 1.5 cm thick.

4. Fry on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes on each side.
