Medicinal Ingredient (per dose unit):
Hops (Humulus Iupulus, Strobile) 0.75 ml, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, Root) 1.25 ml Angelica (Angelica archangelica, Root) 1 ml, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, Herb top) 1.25 ml , Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia, Flower) 0.75 ml Product contains 50-57% (v/v) ethanol (alcohol), i.e. approx. 2.16 g on a dose.
What Nervosol is and what it is used for:
It is a traditional herbal product designed for use in specific indications, where optimal results have been observed only after proper dosage and long-term use.
Use as a sleep aid and a calmative/sedative agent to relieve nervous tension.
Nervosol is used to treat temporary problems with falling asleep and states of mild anxiety and nervous tension.
Directions for Use:
Adults and youths over 18 years of age: orally 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of the medicine, 1-3 time(s) per day. In case of problems with falling asleep it is recommended to take an additional dose of 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) 30-60 minutes before going to bed, with an earlier dose taken during supper (if necessary). Avoid exposure to sunlight after taking the medicine.
Do not use Nervosol if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients.
Do not use if you are pregnant.
Interactions with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction:
Consumption of hops and lemon balm with alcohol and other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Consult your health care practitioner if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
Effects on ability to drive and use machines:
Each dose of medicine (one teaspoon) contains approx. 2-16 g ethanol. This product may therefore impair the ability to drive motor vehicles or use of machinery, as well as the psychomotor aptitude (swimming , work at high elevation). Some people may experience drowsiness, Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within two hours of consumption.
How to store Nervosol:
Store between 15°-25°C. Protect from sunlight.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use Nervosol after the expiry date which is stated on the label.
Known Adverse Reactions:
Like all medicines and products of similar kind, Nervosol can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, may occur in which case discontinue use.
While using Nervosol you might experience: mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, crampy abdominal aches), skin hypersensitivity to sunlight due to the content of processed root angelica).
The user should consult a doctor or qualified health care practitioner if any adverse effects not mentioned in the package leaflet occur.

Nervosol contains on the average 53.5% (v/v) ethanol, i.e. approx. 2.16 g in a dose, which equals approx. 50 mL of beer or approx. 20 mL of wine in a dose. It is not advised to use this medicine for those suffering from hepatic, liver, or alcoholic disease.

Avoid prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
Discontinue use if you experience constipation or headache.
